Gentle Yoga
60 minutes
This gentle class will help you unwind, de-stress, and let go of distractions. You will enjoy a slow-paced class which includes gentle movements through standing and seated postures. Props are encouraged to help the body release (blocks, bolster, strap, etc.). The class will round out with a guided meditation and savasana at the end. Whether you are looking to get started in your practice, improve flexibility, relaxation, or be more at peace when you leave, this class is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
Power Flow 60
60 minutes
Power Flow 60 is our Power Vinyasa Yoga class in a 60 minute format. Power Vinyasa Yoga classes are energizing, challenging and powerful classes that provide a thorough experience highlighting asana, meditation and inquiry. Expect to move, sweat, breathe, and leave transformed! Room is heated up to 90 degrees. Please bring water and a towel. All levels welcome.
Power Flow Essentials
60 minutes
Based upon the same sequence in our Power Flow classes, Power Flow Essentials slows down the pace and focuses on the fundamentals of Yoga including the physical form of the poses and the movement of breath.
VinYin
60 minutes
VinYin is designed to bring more sukha (ease) to your power yoga practice. Combining the elements of Yin yoga with the principles, methodology and language of power yoga, this deeply restorative practice will melt your muscles, nourish your practice and speak to your heart. Yin is a perfect compliment to our usual yang power yoga classes! Classes end the same as always . . . cool lavender towel and savasana. Come balance out your energy. All levels welcome.
Power Vinyasa Yoga
75/90 minutes

Inspired Vinyasa Flow
60 minutes
In this class, you will use your breath to heat your body, linking each breath with each movement. Expect a familiar outline of postures, but with added creative inspiration to give some variation. Vinyasas in-between postures will keep your energy flowing from pose to pose. This is a dynamic class that will challenge and reward you. Your practice is your day. All levels welcome.
Ebb and Flow
60 minutes
Just like our May River, our lives ebb and flow like the tide. This class allows the opportunity to release and find ease, but also to soak up and recharge. Expect a slow flow with deep twists and stretches.
Yin
60 minutes
Yin yoga is a beautiful way to help improve your overall mobility and range of motion, and flexibility. Poses are done on the floor and held for 2-5 minutes with a focus of relaxing the muscles in order to target your deep connective tissue, or fascia. Yin is a great compliment to our usual power yoga classes! Classes end with an essential oil assisted savasana. All levels welcome.
