Yinpowerment™ is the new Dancing Dogs Yoga sequence designed to bring more sukha (ease) to your power yoga practice. Combining the elements of Yin yoga with the principles, methodology and language of power yoga, this deeply restorative practice will melt your muscles, nourish your practice and speak to your heart. Yin is a perfect compliment to our usual yang power yoga classes! Classes end the same as always . . . cool lavender towel and savasana. Come balance out your energy. All levels welcome. Yoga for Busy People
Think you're too busy for yoga? We have your class! Yoga for Busy People is the best 50 minutes you've ever spent on your mat! We'll hit the ground running and move you from awakening to deep rest before you have to zip home or to work! Room is heated to 90 degrees. Bring water and towel. All levels welcome.
Yin yoga is a beautiful way to help improve your overall mobility and range of motion, and flexibility. Poses are done on the floor and held for 2-5 minutes with a focus of relaxing the muscles in order to target your deep connective tissue, or fascia. Yin is a great compliment to our usual power yoga classes! Classes end with an essential oil assisted savasana. All levels welcome.
